The 300kg Anti-Burst Swiss Ball is made from tough and durable PVC with anti-burst technology. It can bear over 300kg in normal use and - if it is punctured - it will slowly deflate rather than suddenly burst. The inflation of the Swiss Ball can be adjusted using the included pump — not exceeding the stated diameter. Swiss Balls come in various sizes (55cm, 65cm, or 75cm) to accommodate different heights, exercise needs, and stability level - with smaller diameters typically intended for shorter individuals. However, the choice also depends on the type of exercise being performed. For more intense or weighted workouts we recommend our 500kg Swiss Balls.
